This policy explains how Speed Block Sort Battle (“the Game”) handles personal and user information.

1. Information we collect

The Game handles the following information to provide its service.

• Stored on your device: nickname, best records, sound on/off, and the tutorial-seen flag are saved on your device (browser local storage). They stay on your device and are not sent to the server unless you submit to the ranking.
• When using the ranking: your nickname, clear time, move count, and whether assists were used are sent to the server and stored for ranking display.
• When playing online: your nickname, passphrase, and in-game progress are relayed to your opponent. They are not stored on the server after the match.
• When you contact us: your name, email address, and message.
• Automatically collected: access logs (IP address, browser type, date/time, etc.) may be recorded for operation and security.

2. Purposes of use

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Game
• To provide the ranking and online battle features
• To respond to your inquiries
• To prevent misuse and ensure security

3. Provision to third parties

We do not provide information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Note that in online battles your nickname is shown to your opponent; we recommend not using your real name.

4. Cookies, local storage, analytics

The Game uses local storage to function. To understand and improve how the service is used, we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (GA4). These use cookies and similar technologies to collect anonymous usage data (pages viewed, session length, approximate region, etc.). Such data is handled under Google's privacy policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics via your browser settings or the opt-out add-on. We use no third-party advertising.

5. Security

We take appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of collected information.

6. Disclosure, correction, deletion

For requests about your information — including deleting your ranking nickname/record — please use the contact form. We will respond reasonably after verifying identity.

7. Use by minors

Minors should use the Game with the consent of a guardian.

8. Disclaimer

Records and settings stored on your device may be lost if you clear browser data. We are not responsible for such loss.

9. Changes to this policy

We may change this policy as needed. Changes take effect when posted on this page.

This policy follows Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
